As the director of Masira, Soaaud Diab does groundbreaking work every day to change the attitudes of Arab-Israeli society towards people with disabilities. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a master’s degree in the History and Philosophy of Sciences and Ideas at Tel Aviv University. She’s also a graduate of the Mandel School for Educational Leadership.
All of that experience makes her uniquely qualified to lead Masira. Soaaud also leads efforts to develop a culture of philanthropy for the disabled in the Arab-Israeli business sector. Soaaud leads with passion and professionalism.
