Israel's Centers for Young Adults help young people navigate the challenges of transitioning to independence, after high school, the army or college.

Young people with disabilities face many similar challenges that their peers without disabilities face, but many different challenges, too. This program includes individual, accessible, and specially adapted consulting and support in the areas of higher education, careers, social engagement, and leadership. It also includes special activities tailored for young adults with disabilities, such as adapted workshops on computing and art, as well as inclusion in the general social activities at Centers for Young Adults. This program aims to help over 500 young people with various types of disability to maximize their abilities during this significant phase of their lives.

Running in 8 centers across Israel, we have trained staff and continue to widen circles of influence, making the centers accessible to all.
